Gear knob & leather gaitor with blue stitching

The gated shifter on the 2IS just looked a bit too outdated and was never a huge fan of it. So I decided to install a leather boot/gaitor from a Lexus 3IS along with the gear knob. 

I purchased the leather boot second-hand that came with red stitching. I removed the red stitching and replaced with blue stitching. I also completely dismantled the gear knob and re-trimmed it with new sem-perforated leather and hydrodipped the silver trim in my matching blue carbon design. Finally I cut the gear selector rod shorter by 10mm to lower shifter height.
